How do I cancel or change my order?
Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
- The “CANCEL REQUEST” button appear only order status is still Processing
- You can request for cancelation within 60 minutes after submit your order
- Shipped/Completed status order is not applicable for cancelation.
- Cash On Delivery method can not execute the “CANCEL REQUEST” button. For Cash On Delivery order, you will receive Whatsapp Order Confirmation. If you reply YES, then your order status will change to COMPLETED. And you will not able to cancel request here.
- Only can request cancel order within 60 minutes after order submission.
- To change items in your order, you’ll want to cancel your order and place it again.
- After we approve your cancel request, refund money will be done within 3 days.
Choose Your Account from the main page. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.
